Has EC Appointed A New Spokeperson?

JAMES KOFI AFEDO
Is James Kofi Afedo appointed by Mrs Charlotte Osei and EC as the new Spokeperson of the commission.

Okay if that's is the case then Ghanaians want to know how he was appointed,


1. Was he working with the Commission?
2. Is he at the EC headquaters, regional office or district office?
3. what department was he working before his appointment?
4. How long has been working at commission?

Ghanaians want to know this because when the PRO position became vacant, the chairman of the commission said that ONLY staffs of EC can apply.

The information going round suggest that Mr. James Kofi Afedo was a
  FORMER SPOKESPERSON OF YOUTH FOR MAHAMA MOVEMENT in 2012 elections.
Is he the same person James Kofi Afedo who spoke the group called Youth For Mahama Movement?
