She Lost 40 Pounds, Drinking Lukewarm Water

This diet had been made by pharmacist Sumiko and her husband Hitoshi. She lost 40 pounds with it.


 This diet consists of eating a banana in the morning and drinking lukewarm water throughout the day.

The outcome will be noticeable within 14 days.
It is permitted to eat more than one fresh banana for breakfast, but do not overeat.

If you can’t eat bananas for any reason, you can take every other fruit.
If perhaps you are not happy, you could wait for 15 minutes and then eat whatever you want, but in small portions.
In this diet you can eat your lunch and dinner as usual.

However, avoid eating dinner after 6 pm. It is very advisable to avoid fried foods.
This diet is based on drinking lukewarm water, so you are only allowed to drink small sips of lukewarm water.
After 15 hours, consider eating a dessert, like chocolate or biscuits.

Below we give you an example of the menu:
For breakfast: grapefruit, scrambled eggs, banana, a cup of green tea
For lunch: carrots, 2 boiled eggs, onions, broccoli, a big salad with lettuce and tomatoes.
For snack: hand nuts, yogurt
For dinner: potatoes or cooked carrots, chicken breasts,
