Dr Nii Kotei Dzani, the Chief Executive Officer of Groupe Ideal, has pulled through in the Greater Accra slot for the Council of State membership contest.
Dr Dzani garnered 20 votes beating his closest contender Nene Atiapa who polled 12 votes. The others had no votes.
